Premier Pet Lodge was founded by Kathleen Tollison, who has spent her entire life in the animal-care world. Her father is a practicing veterinarian in Houston, Texas, and after college she joined his hospital team, spending 16 years as Hospital Manager before opening the lodge here in Utah. That veterinary-rooted background shapes our approach to grooming: we prioritize gentle handling, your dog’s comfort, and a clean, low-stress environment, so the groomer’s table feels like pampering rather than something to fear.

Our complete spa treatment includes a bath, haircut, nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. We tailor cuts to your dog’s breed or your preferences, from clean breed-standard styles to creative looks.
Bathing Pricing
Bath pricing is based on your dog’s size and coat type, and every bath includes a bath, brush-out, and nail trim.
Short-Coat Bath:

Gentle Care for Anxious Dogs
Does your dog dread the grooming process? You’re not alone — and we can help. In addition to gentle handling and a calm environment on every visit, we offer a Fear Free Grooming Desensitization Course through our training program. This gradual, positive approach helps nervous dogs learn to tolerate and even enjoy being groomed, and includes a full groom on the final session. Ask us about pairing grooming with desensitization training for dogs who need a little extra patience.
Health and Safety Requirements
To protect every dog who visits our facility, all dogs receiving grooming or bathing services must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus). Please have your veterinarian send records ahead of time or bring them to your appointment.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Windows
To keep our grooming schedule running smoothly, you have a one-hour window before and after your dog’s scheduled bath or groom time for drop-off and pick-up. Pick-ups beyond that window are charged an hourly daycare rate of $15 per hour (one-hour minimum), since your dog is being supervised in our care. Please plan to collect your freshly groomed pup within their pick-up window.
