Premier Pet Lodge was founded by Kathleen Tollison, who has spent her entire life in the animal-care world. Her father is a practicing veterinarian in Houston, Texas, and after college she joined his hospital team, spending 16 years as Hospital Manager before opening the lodge here in Utah. That veterinary-rooted background shows up in how we run daycare: careful supervision, strict vaccination requirements, thoughtfully matched playgroups, and a real understanding of canine behavior and energy levels.

Daycare days are structured to balance play and rest. Dogs are placed into supervised playgroups where they can romp, chase, and socialize, with regular rest periods built in so no one gets overtired. For dogs who are happier on their own, we offer one-on-one attention instead of group play. We also keep puppies and seniors in mind, matching dogs to the right group and pace for their age and temperament.
Our team supervises play throughout the day, steps in to keep interactions positive, and makes sure every dog gets the right mix of activity and downtime. The result is a fun, safe day that sends your pup home pleasantly worn out.
Daycare Options & Pricing
We offer two daycare lengths so you can match the day to your schedule:
Half Day Daycare
$45/day
Up to 5 hours of supervised play. Perfect for a morning or afternoon of socializing and exercise.
Full Day Daycare
$70/day
A full day of play, rest, and attention; essentially day boarding for dogs who love a long, active day.
Buying in bulk saves money and comes with perks:
- 10 Half Days — $400, plus 1 free bath
- 30 Half Days — $1,170, plus 2 free baths and a seasonal treat
- 10 Full Days — $612, plus 1 free bath
- 30 Full Days — $1,820, plus 3 free baths and a seasonal treat
Daycare packages also include transportation during our regular route hours (one-way with half-day packages). Ask our staff for route details.
Health and Safety Requirements
Group play only works when every dog is healthy and protected. To keep our daycare community safe, all dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus). Please have your veterinarian send records before your dog’s first day or bring them at drop-off. Combined with constant staff supervision and a clean, well-managed play environment, these requirements help keep every pup happy and healthy.
Daycare Hours & Drop-Off
Daycare runs during our regular business hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:30–11:00 AM and 3:00–5:00 PM
